Take it back to a time of leg warmers white suits, and teased hair and join UAB for an 80s themed roller skating event. *Party favors such as neon slap bracelets and sunglasses given to all attendees. Local DJ played 80s music all night long, and there was a costume contest for prizes, plus free skate rental.
Sizzlin' Salsa Spectacular
Orquestra Ritmo will be providing live music to dance to. Don't worry if you lack salsa skills, we have free dance lessons too, and at the end of the evening try out your new dancing shoes in a salsa competition with prizes for first, second, and third place! There will be refreshments throughout the evening, including chips and queso.
Life Size Movie Trivia

Be sure to brush up on your movie knowledge before heading over to the Business College to play UAB's version of movie trivial pursuit. Players will be split into 6 teams. The object is to move around the game board by answering questions correctly. Prizes include DVD movies, NCG movie passes, and much more. Raffles will take place for audience members and contestants to win!
*For this event I also created six powerpoint presentations (like the one shown above) for each category that featured many questions, videos, and images which the contestants must answer.

The Dive-In Movie
Dive-in to the IM West heated outdoor pool or bring a blanket and lounge on the lawn. Rafts and floaties galore. FREE popcorn and snacks while supplies last. Free admission for MSU students with ID plus one guest.
